Pavel Kalenda is the owner of DataKal® trademark and the author of DataKal and StarBase software and its recently updated versions and any other new versions released with all related rights.
Who is our partner for the contract?
The exclusive rights to sell the newest version of DataKal StarBase solution and its recently updated versions and any other new versions are provided by Kalenda Systems, s.r.o. (Ltd.).

Can you import our data from the previous database?
Yes. We can import all your data to our software from your previous database, or from Excel sheet.
Can we install the software ourselves?
Yes. To install any of our softwares will take you a minute and is very easy due to the very user friendly wizard.
Do we receive software manuals?
Yes. Manuals written by our highly experienced trainers are an integral part of the software.
What type of trainings can you provide?
We can offer basic online remote trainings as well as in-person trainings at your festival. In-person trainings are the most valuable as our trainers have a chance to discuss the software usage with your team and find the best solutions for your festival work flow.
Do you assist with software implementation?
Yes. We have a highly experienced team which can help you with the software implementation to your work flow and event processes.
Are you providing with any further support?
Yes. Depending on your contract, we are providing you with the technical support as well as with end-user support for all of our softwares.
Do you have any online helpdesk?
Yes. Each individual product has its own support and client accounts. If you use any of our products and have a valid Support Agreement (SA), you will receive a user name and password and you can access the client account.
